HIGHLIGHTS
- Calendar mechanism with hand-painted moon disc
- Displays day and date on subsidiary dials
- Power reserve to last one month
- Hand-blued steel hands and silver-plated dial
A total of 14 clockmakers at the manufacture are involved in creating the true classic that is the Classica K 100. In addition to displaying the time with a built-in calendar mechanism, this clock offers a full month’s worth of power reserve.
Hand-blued steel hands also indicate the day and date on a fine, silver-plated dial. Of particular interest is the beautiful hand-painted moon phase, which shows the changing illumination of the Moon – in a sense paying homage to Earth’s mystical companion and the way in which its effect on life has captivated people of all eras, and still does today. On the Classica K 100, this moon disc is a wonderful complement to the subsidiary dials for the calendar and gives the clock an extra level of visual interest.
