I had a great experience buying a Glashutte Original PanoMaticLunar from The Luxury Well. I dealt with Hartmut, who was very prompt and courteous and got me the watch very quickly.
I received the watch in perfect condition and with a signed warranty card and a handwritten thank you note from The Luxury Well. I saved a lot of money compared with a retail dealer. Having the warranty card is something many other online dealers do not offer. (Many credit cards will extend a manufacturer’s warranty, so the card could have the watch covered for a long time).
