The Luxury Well - Sales and Return Policy

The Luxury Well is specialized in the sale of high value luxury watches and other luxury items. Since abuse of generous return policies is unfortunately very common, we are sure that you understand that we can accept returns only under very limited and specific circumstances: Returns are not accepted unless buyer can prove a case of material misrepresentation in the description of the item.

A misrepresentation is material if

- the product is advertised as authentic but it is a counterfeit product

- the advertising includes boxes and papers but the item is shipped with neither

- the advertising states that the item is in new condition but the item is used with considerable visible signs of wear and tear beyond any such that could arise from regular warehouse handling

Any and all other deviations from the description cannot be considered material and do not entitle the buyer to a return. A return is excluded in any case, including any of the above misrepresentations if the item is not returned in the exact condition that it was delivered and/or if any tags, including but not limited to, The Luxury Well return security tag, have been removed. Refunds will only be granted for acceptable returns according to the above policies and will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of the acceptable return. Non-acceptable returns will not receive any refund. In any case, the risk of loss or damage to the item remains with the buyer.

The cost of a return has to be borne by the buyer.  Buyer is obligated to return the item in its original packaging and at least as well protected as it was received in the incoming shipment from TLW.  Buyer has to ship by FedEx Express Overnight or 2nd Day service with full insurance and ASR (adult signature required).

You expressly agree that a 15% restocking fee and any shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds that are granted on a case by case basis for orders that are cancelled before shipping or after delivery when an exceptional return authorization is granted.
