This is a rubber-clad stainless steel Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Diver Black Sea 263-92-3c-924. It has a wave patterned rubber strap With 2 integral black ceramic elements engraved with the "ULYSSE NARDIN" brand name & logo, a double folding Ulyssse Nardin clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It includes a screw down rubber-coated winding crown with protective crown guards, there is an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 6 screws, and it's engraved with "ULYSSE NARDIN – 200 M – MARINE DRIVER," and a serial number; the ruthenium-finish rotor is visible through the case back. The rubber- coated bezel has raised dive-time Arabic numerals, and there is a yellow luminous pip at 60 minutes. The 45.8mm diameter solid three-body case, downturned lugs, and unidirectional rotating flat coin-edged bezel, are completely clad in matte black rubber. The dial is black with a wave pattern, and there are applied black-rimmed hour trapezoidal markers with luminous yellow fill, and skeletonized hands with yellow luminous tips. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
